Hi, using a testing site, I was able to see the site as a guest, and then as a logged in “free” member, and in both instances, the upgrade path is not working as intended. As with most new users, they may sign up for a free account with limited queries, while some may just jump in the deep end and commit to a paid plan immediately. My 2 membership tiers are a Free Member tier with 10/uses per month, or a paid Aviator tier @ $10/mo for unlimited uses.

The issue here is that although the Settings for the upgrade path is displayed correctly when in setup, in practice, only one of the two upgrade paths is displayed.

See the image below of my dashboard when setting up the upgrade paths:

Exhibit A - Now this is what a guest user sees, as you can tell, only ONE of the 2 monthly options display :

Exhibit B - As a “Free Member”, trying to upgrade, it again does not show the next logical upgrade card (the paid montly plan)/all options even though it has been set as such:

Issue 2 - Just echoing what other users have stated, this “Uses" left” card is completely bugged. This test account I’ve made should be in an Member access portal that allows only 10 uses per month yet this is what is displayed in the settings:

 ![Screenshot 2026-03-18 at 03.07.05](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex004/uploads/pickaxeproject/original/2X/e/eb72707427040325e79415247d871e94e42c1892.jpeg)

This is crucial to be fixed asap as paying users will get confused!!!

Thank you team for your efforts!

Hi @concordhorizons ,

Thank you for your patience, and for flagging these issues.

Our engineers have now pushed fixes for both of the behaviors you reported. Your Monthly Aviator access group should now appear properly on the pricing page, and the usage-related display issues have also been fixed.

When you have a chance, please test it again on your side and let us know if you notice any unusual behavior.
