# Add user name \[User's Name\]

Hi! It could be useful a feature that recognizes and addresses users by their usernames. This would personalize interactions, making them more engaging. For example, “Thank you for contacting us [User Name]” could improve user rapport and encourage interaction.

This simple change would significantly enhance the user experience. Thank youuuuuuuu!

You may be able to do this through [User Memory](https://community.pickaxe.co/t/user-memory-new-feature-beta/2348). But you would not be able to do it in the intro message.
