Is it possible to have additional buttons added after certain questions have been asked and answered so that it takes the pickaxe down a certain route - almost like in workflow ice breaker questions? ---

We have had a couple people ask for this. I think it’s a good idea! Tough to spec out. How would you want to control the buttons (what they say, when they appear)? ---

Hi Mike - thanks I have seen this on other chatbots where you end up with different workflows. For example, lets take a pickaxe for a wedding photographer, you get the normal spiel about the photographer. Everything is in the knowledge base, but I would imagine the users don’t know all the questions to ask. I could do it with prompting, but it would look so much nicer if suggested question appeared in boxes like the icebreakers - Like Book a Wedding etc.
