Am I able to use Pickaxe with Robomotion? Or do I need it?

HI there, I just joined Gold and am trying to get my Pickaxe to work.

  1. The pickaxe is working by completing a report for the user.
  2. I need it to send a detailed summary to the user
  3. And a copy for me (the owner)

I got it to email a summary to the user (but it is one big paragraph and not easy to read). I did once before it looked better, not quite sure how I accomplished that. Should I do the “send pdf report” to user action instead?

Also, I cannot get it to send a copy to me (the owner). I want to get notified that someone used the tool so I can follow up with them.

Lastly, am I able to ask the user if they want another detailed report (for instance, their GBP optimization report? etc) and have them sign up for me to get notified? I can run that report separately myself and engage with them.

I have three actions I can use for this tool and not sure which and how many actions do I need to do this.

And finally, will Robomotion or Albato work with Pickaxe well? Maybe I can use one of these tools to help with automation. I do not use Make or Zapier, they are confusing and Robomotion or Ablbato are similar tools that are on ■■■■■■■’s lifetime deal.
