What other AI tools are you using to save time / automate work in this season?
We’re wanting to build our new company with an AI first mentality so it’s always cool to hear what others are using and loving!

This SaaS tries to pick the best LLM based on the question, and generally, does fairly well.
I LIVE in this tab. Every single question…recipes, nutrition, technical strategy, smoke tests…goes though Merlin first. I use up my Fair Use quota every month.
My only issue is that they seem to use o3 a lot, which I see as obsolete. I am actively campaigning with them to stop that.
GPT5 and Gemini provide better value and Claude the absolute best “thinking”, and it’s easy to switch models manually.
They have pretty good History/Search functionality and Projects, which seem to be a kind of custom KB…I’ve only just started, and frequently forget, to use this feature.
I think these guys are pretty good, and worth supporting as they optimize their processes.
I’d appreciate hearing thoughts about Merlin, and the other tools you all suggest.
