We are currently facing a critical issue that requires immediate attention.

Our training and tutorial videos, which had been displaying and functioning perfectly for our end users, have suddenly stopped appearing on the frontend. These videos are still present on the backend and accessible to us as admins, but for some reason, they are no longer visible to the end users — without any changes or updates on our side.

This problem began without warning, and since then, we have been experiencing an avalanche of complaints from users who can no longer access the materials they paid for. Unfortunately, this situation is already resulting in requests for refunds, which puts our entire operation at risk.
