I want a studio for my GHL users and want to embed it as a custom menu link. The problem is that when you click the menu link the site prompts you to put in your email to get a magic link and the link you receive is broken. It doesn’t matter if you’re signed on in the browser, it will prompt you in GHL regardless.

The link it generated is functioning as expected:

It’s possible the issue may be related to the email service you are using (for example, how the provider handles or formats links). If you can share which email service you use, I can report the details to our engineering team for further review.
i tried it in rouncube webmail as well. did not work. i’m just using the email from inleed.net - but have connected it through imap to Spark. but the link does not work in either spark nor roundcube.
I also went into roundcube and looked at it unformatted and it looked like this:

But i extracted the link and tried it but the embed in GHL does not update from “check your email” and when i refresh the page it asks me to send a magic link again.

I’ll report this to our engineering team so they can check if there are any compatibility issues with inleed.net and Roundcube.
I tested the magic link using Gmail, and it worked as expected for me, granting access within an embedded version of your Studio in GoHighLevel, as shown in the screenshots from my previous message.
Once I hear back from our engineering team, I’ll follow up with an update.
Regardless - there is probably a compability issue with GHL embedded menu links to - since it refreshes each time you click the link and get that email prompt so even if you click the magic link it won’t do anything in GHL.
Thank you for sharing those details. We’ve recently updated the magic link emails to include the full URL in the message body, so if the hyperlink does not work as expected, you can manually copy and paste the full link into your browser as a backup option.
Regarding the GHL embedded menu links refreshing, could you please provide a short video documenting the issue? We’re currently unable to user test directly within their platform, so a recording would be extremely helpful for our engineering team to determine whether this behavior can be addressed on our side or if it stems from GHL’s environment.
