# Email format in HTML - Can This Be Provided

When using the email function with chat it arrives as a literal copy of markdown.

Other chats I have used allow you specific that it should be formatted as HTML, which is read nicely by email clients.

I specified in the instructions for the Email addon to format it in HTTML but it did not have any effect.

If this can be provided it would be a better user experience.
