If I remember correctly, Pickaxe used to check a YouTube source once a day and add new videos to the agent’s knowledge base automatically.

The daily check still runs in our workspace and imports each new video, but the new documents are no longer attached to any agent. Could you bring this back to parity with RSS Auto Sync, where new feed items attach to the agent the source feeds?

Agent2Agent Context:

## **Workspace and agent**

- Workspace: Patron Toolbox, STUDIOM6Q5DRYYU873JXP (maximum privacy)

- Agent: Zeitgeist Vibe Checker, SB44O5C81D

- Source: YouTube playlist PLk3rw658RIT\_sMdT-cWVnMhjxDisW-7nL (“Zeitgeist Report”, Author Update channel)

## **What we see**

- Every new video in the playlist appears in the workspace knowledge base about 13 hours after it is published. This has happened weekly since a bulk import on July 22, 2026.
- None of those documents was attached to the Zeitgeist Vibe Checker or to any other agent. The agent only had the videos added by hand in March 2026.
- Only playlist videos arrive. Other uploads on the same channel do not, so the source is the playlist.

Examples, all imported automatically and attached to no agent until we connected them by hand on October 6:

- **Document:** XFS90Y52ZY247HBVB57W | **Video:** WLSDLlttZZM | **Imported (UTC):** 2026-10-06 04:56 | **Published (UTC):** 2026-10-05 15:00
- **Document:** 5JU4XTHGLLRWKE28IRHY | **Video:** TSFrCoKzwfk | **Imported (UTC):** 2026-09-28 05:31 | **Published (UTC):** 2026-09-27 14:00
- **Document:** MC1DPRCZI529WRXXBYOF | **Video:** U6bO5b1JJfQ | **Imported (UTC):** 2026-09-21 03:59 | **Published (UTC):** 2026-09-20 14:00
- **Document:** A1PYVC29ZKTC01TWXITY | **Video:** r1XhJXH8ijc | **Imported (UTC):** 2026-09-15 03:50 | **Published (UTC):** 2026-09-14 15:00

Two videos were also imported twice, seconds apart: U6bO5b1JJfQ (MC1DPRCZI529WRXXBYOF and MQFINLBOOMZ2Y3OL2L3N) and TSFrCoKzwfk (5JU4XTHGLLRWKE28IRHY and 302RSW0BSDGGQAZPWAWJ).

## **Ruled out**

- Not an embedding failure. Every imported document has a complete transcript and `embeddingFillStatus: complete`.
- Not a missing source. Imports continue on schedule.
- Not an API attachment problem. `document_connect` attaches these documents normally.
