GIPHY Community Action not working :(

I was so excited to connect the GIPHY Community Action earlier today. Got our dev API key and connected the Action… easy peasy! But, alas, when I ask my PickAxe to generate a GIF… it does it (I very briefly see the giphy.com URL for an image come up) but then it always ends with [Image link is broken] and fails.

Any ideas what’s up with this? Is it just me?

From an earlier thread, you have to tell the chatbot to render all images links.

Thanks @Beckett ! Unfortunately I tried this and my PickAxe is still not cooperating :frowning:

Looks like the image URL it is generating with GIPHY is broken. When I do tests, my PickAxe does generate and render images just fine, so I think it’s only this Action.

Here’s the output:

Creating a lively Monday Madness GIF Here is the URL for the Monday Madness GIF: https://i.giphy.com/v1.Y2lkPTM5ZDVjNTEwdGZ1YnZscDF5NHg1Z2J4b2J1cWU0ajRqaGtoMTlncDRpNGloNjdvciZlcD12MV9naWZzX3NlYXJjaCZjdD1n.webp Let me know if you need help with social post copy or hashtags to go with it!

Any other ideas?

Now ALL images aren’t showing up, even those generated by PickAxe and stored on AWS.

Example:

Access Denied :frowning:

Anyone else having issues rendering images now? Maybe with the voice update? @nathaniel

Hi @akpsolutions, if this error is still happening feel free to shoot us an email about this at info@pickaxeproject.com and we can look into it further!

Appreciated, @lindsay_support you guys are always great! I’m hoping there was some glitchiness with today’s awesome updates… Will do some more testing and write to you if it doesn’t seem to work out.
