I have the Google Search action activated in a bot. At least one out of every three times when a user request requires a web search, the bot responds “Searching for [whatever the topic is]. Please hold on”, but fails to do the search. The little “Copy” icon appears. The rotating action symbol doesn’t appear. The bot displays no results, even if you wait for minutes. If I then tell the bot to “continue”, the rotating symbol usually appears and the bot produces results.
I have added stern instructions in the prompt to tell it to display the search results immediately and not tell the user to “hold on”. The issue continues.
