# Help Needed: Subscriber Cancelled but Can't Remove Access

A Subscriber cancelled their subscription to my pickaxe tool in Stripe but when I go to my Pickaxe backend I can’t remove them because this message pops up (see below). In Stripe it says they canceled already. How can I remove them?
