This feature would enable creators in healthcare, mental health, wellness, and health-tech to safely deploy client-facing AI tools by offering signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and HIPAA-compliant data handling.

**Why Prioritize this:**

- **Unlocks MASSIVE Market:** Health practitioners therapists, wellness coaches and medical startups represent a massive market of high-intent builders who currently cannot deploy on Pickaxe due to regulatory limits.
- HIPAA compliance is widely accepted as an enterprise-tier feature.
- **Competitive Advantage:** Most no-code AI builder platforms do not offer BAA’s making this a strategic move for competitive advantage.
- **Retention & Growth:** Health-adjacent projects & creators eventually hit a compliance ceiling as they scale, offering a BAA makes sure these creators stay with the platform.
