# How to customize the loading message text for Actions

When you run an Action in a conversation there AI generates a little loading message. Something like “_Hold on while I search for that…_” or “_Generating PDF, please wait…_”

Oftentimes this message is clunky or awkward. Many users want to change this message to a custom message.

Fortunately, you can do this! Here is a 2-minute tutorial video about how to change the loading message (called a “caption”) that appears when an Action runs.
