I made a walkthrough video today that covers how to make a [document-based chatbot using Claude Sonnet](https://youtu.be/P0Q2gb67ikI).

The video also covers how our Knowledge Base system [handles CSV file uploads](https://community.pickaxe.co/t/putting-a-large-spreadsheet-csv-in-the-knowledge-base/2355/4), which is distinctly different than how it handles PDFs or other text files.

Anyone who is wondering about how uploading CSVs into their Knowledge Base might find the video instructive.
