# How to Structure Pricing + Delivery for "Custom Studios" for Clients

Hello everyone, I have a potential client who likes my public-facing PickAxe Studio so much he wants to discuss the possibility of my creating a studio of internal tools for his company.

Now, I used to sell and create websites many moons ago, and I know that clients will always want changes, edits, etc. So I’m trying to come up with a 'done for you" service when I can charge upfront for the build and then a monthly subscription per seat.
