Apparently Pickaxe does not use the file I upload in my chatbot. I have created a chat where the user can also provide a document for the knowledge base. As you can see in the screenshot, it does not recognise this. I have tested different formats and none of them worked. Where is the error? Is this the wrong function? It should recognize it. How large is the file? Did you wait until the file had been completely loaded before you asked it a question? ---
