I’m encountering an issue when using a form-based bot. After receiving the output from the form, there’s a button that allows initiating a conversation with the chat based on the output. However, the chat doesn’t retain the information from the form or its output, which results in it being unable to respond appropriately to the context.

Additionally, I noticed that there’s no option to configure a **Memory Buffer** in the bot management settings, which might help resolve this issue.

Could you please advise how this can be addressed? Is there a built-in solution for this, or perhaps an upcoming feature that will allow the chat to retain the context of the output?

Thank you in advance for your support and assistance.

Best regards,
Gur

Hi Gur, yes the Smart Forms lack some of the settings for chatbots such as Memory Buffer. It should remember the top context of the output though.

What is it forgetting? The output? The initial input? The prompt?
