# Issue with desktop versus mobile

For some reason if I upload a picture file on my laptop and ask it to read the transcript of the text it says “no pictured uploaded please upload” etc. then it will do that two or three times then finally give me transcript but if i send this same picture file logged in on my iphone and ask for transcript it will send it over instantly…
