I wanted to report that the **microphone/voice input is not working again** in our Pickaxes. This is an integral part of how our Pickaxes are designed to be used, so we really need to have the microphone functionality working reliably. We’ve experienced this issue before, and it appears to have come back. Could you please look into what might be causing this again and let us know how we can get it working again as soon as possible? ---

Hi @actbold , Thank you for reaching out! I just tested voice input on the platform, and it’s working on my end. We also haven’t received any similar reports from other users regarding microphone issues. Could you please check that microphone permissions are enabled for Pickaxe in your browser and that the correct microphone is selected? After checking, refresh the page and try again. If it still isn’t working, please email us at **[info@pickaxe.co](mailto:info@pickaxe.co)** with a short video showing what happens, a link to the affected Agent, and which browser and device you’re using. That will help us investigate what’s happening in your setup.
