Searching around the forum before creating a new thread. Is there a way to send new user info to external CRM?
Outside of manually exporting users every day?

I see this, has anyone created an automation on Make or Zapier that uses this to get all users on some sort of repeating schedule (like every hour).
Thinking I could set it up to pull hourly, then look for new additions to the list and then add those to the CRM?
Super complicated workaround, might be better to do @easydeutsch email workaround with a dedicated email address.
Anyone else find a better solution?
As a marketer this is definitely an essential piece that’s missing from the puzzle to really scale.
Right now I’m selling off of Pickaxe, then using Pickaxe for fulfillment - that way I have all the lead info and stuff to do proper abandoned carts, upsell sequences, etc.
BUT, this is very contrary to how most software is being sold right now, which is product-centric marketing.
If you look at all the top brands in the AI space, they lead with “just try it out” and then once people do they buy (v0, ChatGPT, lovable, etc etc)
I’d love to do that with our Pickaxe, but if there’s no way to send new leads to our CRM where we have all our automations and flows, then it’s not a good idea to drive traffic directly to Pickaxe with cold leads.
I have not done this before but I know I’m capable of doing it fairly easily..
The schedule trigger could definitely work but creating a we hook from when you receive an email of new user signed up would likely work better.
@stephenbdiaz yes I’ve done that many times with the APIs. It’s annoying though as it is not in real time. I’ve asked for a webhook and should hopefully be available soon. I will keep you posted once I test it.
It looks like we got what we wanted. Because I just successfully tested this use case tonight. I’m happy to have this part automated although I’m trying to figure out how to collect their names too… I don’t just want their email addresses..
Hey @enochleffingwell if your CRM is connected to make.com (and you’re on the pro plan), try out the Pickaxe modules. They mostly replace the need for complex studio API configurations, and they run in real-time! (I mention how you can access the Make modules today at the end of this post!)
P.S. If you’re interested, I’m launching a community revolving around Pickaxe (advanced builds, code basics, advanced automation, and agentic workflows) this week (early access for Pickaxers!). I will cover how to configure and use these make modules for your builds. Check out the announcement thread here:
