# Most Pickaxe Emails to verify account going to users Spam

Nearly all of the emails that go to users to sign up end up in their spam folder and as a result many don’t see them to follow through unless I tell them to check. Is it possible for the Pickaxe team to add to the popup screen on the site that tells them to verify their email to also check their spam folder please? Or is there somewhere I can do this? I can only seem to find where I can edit the actual email, not the screen popup.

This is a really good suggestion! I have created a ticket for you under PRD-1232 and our engineering team will look at it soon. I’ll give you an update when I get word from them!

Hi @clevra,

Our engineers have resolved PRD-1232. When your users get the message to verify their email, they will also see a message telling them to check their spam folder!
