# PDF upload does not work properly

When I use the load function, the bot sometimes sees the uploaded document and applies the prompt. But most of the time, it does not see the uploaded document, and when I submit, it asks me to upload a file.
I can still enter the chat and ask questions about the uploaded doc. It sometimes responds but mostly asks for the document upload again.

It’s seeming to work for me. Though if you want continued question-and-answer on a document, I would recommend implementing the tool as a Chatbot rather than a Form.
