Pickaxe responses including irrelevant assets links

At the end of many Pickaxes, after the response, Pickaxe includes “Assets:” with a series of links, that usually do not have anything to do with the question at hand (see below). I have reviewed prompts and actions very carefully and nothing is causing this. I have had considerable conversations with AI on this and the conclusion is it’s a bug inside of Pickaxe. This occurs frequently in Claude models, and sometimes on others as well. Please fix asap as it’s very confusing to users to include irrelevant links in responses.

Thank you for reporting this! We’ve identified an issue with how links returned by search actions can appear in an “Assets:” section at the end of a response.

Our engineering team is investigating this under PRD-1400. No prompt changes are needed on your end, and I’ll update this thread once I have more information.
