Logged in to find out that none of my pickaxes seems to be able to be able to read from their KBs which effectively renders them useless. Is anyone else having this issue? I hope this is resolved soon. Thanks ---

Hello again all! We released a fix to the knowledge base so your agents should be retrieving information from the knowledge base! Please go ahead and test it out. If you are still experiencing issues with the knowledge base, send an email to [info@pickaxeproject.com](mailto:info@pickaxeproject.com) with your workspace ID and some session IDs so we can investigate further. If everything looks good on your end, we hope you have a great 4th of July! ---

Charles sent us an email and we were able to resolve the issue! Let me know if anyone else if having issues with the knowledge base!
