# Possibility store and manage user conversations in the CMS by utilizing the chatbot platform’s API

I am currently using a chatbot on my Wix website and would like to integrate it with Wix CMS. Specifically, I would like to store and manage user conversations in the CMS by utilizing the chatbot platform’s API.

Could you please confirm whether this integration is possible? If so, what would be the best approach to achieve this within the Wix environment?

@juliakim currently there are no API you can use to send Pickaxe data outside the platform. What you could do is to send the summary of the chat to WIX through a Make action.

You need to create a scenario in Make with a webhook and a WIX Make an API call module

For someone like me with limited experience, it seems quite complex and challenging to implement. I feel that I need to study more, but the provided link alone is not enough for me to fully understand. Is there a more detailed way for me to learn this?
