# Possible to re-add the feature to upload multiple files/images at once to v2?

You can do this. If you are uploading files into the Knowledge Base you can select multiple files and then click “upload”. It will add all of them.

thanks @admin_mike , I was referring to the user chat interface, with the clip icon. In v2, users could upload multiple docs or images to the chat, now only 1 is allowed at a time. It’s really useful for example to compare images, or gather data from multiple docs at once

End-users were never able to upload multiple files. In the old version, when an end-user uploaded multiple files, the most recent file would overwrite the first file.

It wasn’t actually a feature in the old version. It was actually a small UX bug. The bot would allow end-users to upload more than one file at a time, but in the backend the most recently uploaded file was overwriting the previously uploaded file.
