We just tested the Zapier Webhook Action on our side, and everything appears to be working correctly:
If your webhook is not firing, it is most likely related to the Trigger Prompt or the Role Prompt you are using. Clear and explicit instructions are essential for your Pickaxe to correctly trigger the action. If the trigger conditions are vague or do not match what the user types, the action will not run.
You can also click the Message Insights button
after each response to see whether any actions were used. This is a very helpful way to confirm whether the Zapier webhook was triggered or skipped.
Additionally, please check your token length settings and make sure your Pickaxe has enough maximum output length available. If the output length is too low, the tool may run out of space to complete the webhook action and generate the final response.
