This is the final message when testing a new Pickaxe. “Thank you, I’ve sent a personalized sleep schedule and recommendations to your email at \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*. Please check your inbox for a PDF with tailored advice to help with your baby’s early waking. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out!.” My issue is even though email was sent, I was looking for the PDF link within the email itself, but this failed. My question now Is, is this possible to do this, (PDF link sent within an email) or is there a bug issue? ---

If you generate the PDF link first, you should then be able to email it the user. Importantly the Pickaxe _cannot run two actions at the same time_. It can run one action per message. This is a technical limitation of the system. So it needs to: - Generate the PDF in one message - The user says something. - Then it sends the email with the PDF link ---
