UPDATE: I found this problem easier to approach with Stripe-Make-Klaviyo rather than Pickaxe-Make-Klaviyo. After about 4 hours of fumbling around with Claude’s help, I finally have Pickaxe subscriptions properly updating to Klaviyo. Now, to tackle unsubscribes.
Hello, Pickaxe Gurus! May I ask your help with something? When a user subscribes to my Pickaxe, I would like their subscription data to automatically be sent to my email list at Klaviyo. I thought the way to do this was to attach an action to the pickaxe. So I attached the Make.com webhook action. But it it doesn’t function as I expected. The action is only triggered when the chat user requests it in the chat. The user must ask for the subscription data to be sent, and the user must enter all of the subscription data. Only then does the Make hook receive the data. Of course, this is not what I want. When someone first subscribes, I want their subscription data to be sent automatically to Make.com so the Make hook can send it to Klaviyo. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your advice!
