Hi there My site [aitalentpartner.co.uk](https://aitalentpartner.co.uk) recently went down after no changes were made on the DNS side or on the Pickaxe side. The error looks like this: ![Screenshot 2025-03-21 104049](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex004/uploads/pickaxeproject/original/2X/d/d1bbcad264e105c30d5872dd8ef273e70b3ea1e7.png) All the troubleshooting steps say to log into Vercel but I never created a Vercel account when setting up this Studio/custom site. Some advice I got was: “It will be from Pickaxe directly due to the recent update that they’ve done. From what I understand, the OpenAI key placement within their code or the subdomain. So, they either need to tweak some of their code or update us on how we redirect a Pickaxe on a subdomain due to their recent changes.” Has anyone else experienced this or can anyone please advise me on this issue? Thanks! ---

Not sure about what you’ve been advised but this happened to me in the past… this thread refers. They sorted it pretty quickly. [404 Not Found](https://community.pickaxe.co/t/sub-domain-studio-issue/3799) ---
