Token control for uploads just disappeared for new pickaxes. A few months ago this was under configure → token lengths. Then it moved to the “prompt” tab. Now it is gone I know not where.

Have you tried adjusting the form/chat switch?
Thomas. I was working in Forms today and see it here. Looks like they already added it back in.
Do you happen to know if we can make this upload optional?
That is the issue. The slider doesn’t appear in pure chat, but does appear in Form + Chat. Thanks!
On pure chat, the control is currently combined with the chat input control. We’ll improve this soon!

Funny. I had that toggle until I hit save. And now even if I turn off the ability to upload docs, it is still mandatory. I will report it as a bug. Thanks so much for your reply.
