# Training - thumbs up, thumbs down, & feedback missing

@admin_mike - On the old platform we spent a lot of time training our AI Agents using the thumbs up and down and giving feedback. I think this was from the Preview screen. Now this is no longer showing. Am I missing a trick?  
This feature is invaluable for fine-tuning the function and personality of our Agents.
