Hey @simonh, what type of file did you upload to your KB? For the most part, .txt, PDF, CSV, DocX, and URLs file types are allowed. Had the error with three different pickaxes so was stuck but seem to have resolved itself this morning so thank you for whatever happened at the backend. 🥰
