Hi guys,
All added users in my studios (users that I added manually) have had their credits lowered to zero. Example:
- Studio: Superagent
- User Email: felipedml@yahoo.com.br
- Login: equipeID
Please fix it because we are having plenty of complaints.

Also just for your benefit, it just SHOWED 0, it wasn’t actually 0. But it should be fixed now as Lindsay mentioned

Also the credits countdown is not showing.
We have some users informing the same problem on other studios (ex: GeniusBox)

Looks like it shows correctly in the MANAGE USERS but not in the USER PROFILE

I’m referring to manually added users not stripe users. Added users do not have credits anymore and even access to the studios.

@equipeid Guys, this looks like it’s not access denied to the whole studio, but instead to one Pickaxe. I just want to make sure we’re on the same page about that issue.
@nathaniel some studios everything is locked (ex: ADV Genius, Prompt Maker, Superagent) and others not locked (AcadĂŞmico 24h).
My feeling is that you mixed everything and it caused trouble for our added end-users (not stripe paying users). And most of them are angry here trying to use the studio but they have access denied.
Just the same as with the old system, there is a difference between a locked pickaxe in a studio people otherwise have access to, and them not being able to get into the studio all together.
From your screenshot, this seems like it’s a locked pickaxe, but I wanted to confirm.
We need to know in order to help you.
As to your “feeling” that we “mixed everything up”, we have attempted to transition users with minimal friction. If you can answer my above question, we can dig into what went wrong much more easily.

For example: the email felipedml@yahoo.com.br had access to these studios (ex: ADV Genius, Prompt Maker, Superagent) and now it is denied. Now you can multiply for many users and we have the big problem.
There is a problem generated by this migration with added users and we need help.
It is not something we caused and it happened to most of our users today.
So you are saying he does not have access to the WHOLE STUDIO? Or a single pickaxe. Can he for example see other pages within the studio. The screenshot you sent to me looks like it’s actually just the tool he doesn’t have access to.
When he accesses the studio everything is locked:
When he clicks on a pickaxe the access is denied:

It’s absolutely not crazy to want things to work right! I’ll update you once the fix is in.
