I’m using Pickaxe as an add-on when people purchase my course through Kajabi.
How can I have the user added to my Member Access Group in Pickaxe when they make a purchase off-site?
You need to use the API from Kajabi + Pickaxe. Maybe make an make.com trigger where when the user purchase your course in Kajabi it triggers the API call in Pickaxe and adds that email as a user to Pickaxe as wel.

I’m on the gold plan.
Pickaxe API requires Pro plan. I recommend checking Feature request are if there already is one or creating a request to move the API access to Gold level and up voting it. This is something I’ve wished for a while as well, but for now it still only Pro+ feature.

Hey folks! As you might have seen, we just announced that all users now have API access - so that workflow should now be possible for you! I hope that helps 
I tried to add Zapier yesterday and received this notification… which also didn’t make sense because it references Make .com instead of Zapier

Thank you for flagging this. I have reported it to our engineering team, and I will update you once it has been fixed.
Regular Workspace API access should already be available to everyone. It looks like the integration-related changes are still in progress and may not have been fully transitioned yet.

We do not have a native Pabbly integration yet. If you would like to see one in the future, please post it in the Feature Requests section of the community forum.
That said, you can still use the Workspace API inside Pabbly if you configure the API calls yourself.
We also offer a Pabbly Webhook action inside the Builder that you can connect to your Agents.
