You should be able to embed your Pickaxe on your Shopify site by using Shopify’s Custom Liquid section. To ensure the most reliable behavior, I recommend using the iframe embed version of your Pickaxe. The iframe embed works consistently across platforms, even when JavaScript execution is restricted.
