I’m currently building out a studio with a paid tier.
Is there any way to add people and give them access to the all the product in the paid tier, without them needing to sign up with their CC details/
Reason being, I’ve got people in a community who are already paying me, and I want to move them across. It would be easier to keep their current payment plans and just give them access to the studio, instead of cancelling our current arrangement and getting them to sign up via the studio.
Yes, you can manually upgrade existing users. In the Studio Manager, simply:
Click on the Monitor tab
Click on the Manage Users button.
From here you can find users, click on their tier, and manually upgrade them to any other existing tier. In the Type column, just click on their tier and you’ll see a dropdown with the options.

@admin_mike I have a very similar situation - clients pay me for coaching and access to my course. I included pickaxe tools as an additional value. As there is no way (at least I couldn’t find out how) to show user history in embed chats, I must redirect my clients to a couple of my studios.
Is there an automated way to add users to my studio if I can provide their email addresses?
Having to manage everything manually seems a bit old-school and not a user-friendly way. So, I bet, the Pickaxe team has already thought through this and has some kind of a solution. Am I right?
