Agent RENAMING Chat's after USER has named them

This is something that’s been happening since the very beginning since our users have been using it.

It’s amazing that they can go in and change. The auto created auto names for each of the chats, but those names do not stay persistent as soon as they continue doing work in the chat the name changes to something else that the agent believes is a good name.

Is there any way to make it so that once the name has been edited by the end user that chat stays that name forever.

It feels very frustrating to the user when they go through the process of naming all their different chats so they can categorize and organize all the different work that they’re doing inside of our platform only to have all of them change as soon as they use them the next day and not be able to find anything.

There any setting that I need to change on my side I feel like this is a pretty significant bug in the UI.
