I can’t edit one of my apps anymore. I can still use the app, but I can’t change the prompt behind it. I get the following error message:
“Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).”
I can open and edit other apps without any problem — it’s only this one that I can’t open in edit mode.
The issue happens in all browsers. So it’s not a browser problem, especially since I can edit and save other apps normally.
What can I do? I put a lot of energy into the prompt and now I can’t access the application anymore.
Has anyone experienced this problem? I’ve been trying for days to get support to take a look, but unfortunately that hasn’t worked.
