Best way to create a Super Admin User account in Pickaxe

What is the best way to add a new user with the same or similar admin rights as me so I can get help across all pickaxes or studios? If this is not possible, now can I give someone, like a client, access to the studio I’m building for them.?

If you’re on the pro subscription plan, then you can add users/collaborators and set permissions. @admin_mike can better explain this feature

You can invite collaborators into your Studios who are basically admins. They can create & tools, manage users, and basically do everything you can do with a few exceptions.

At some point do you guys have plans of added multiple users to the account. I just want to add them once so they can have access to the entire list of portals without haveing to add them individually

Hi @user40 great question! Currently there’s no simpler way to do this - we have a few ideas, but it’s a rare enough use case that we are still mulling it over. However, if you reach out at info@pickaxeproject.com and give me the email(s) that you want to bulk add as collaborators, I would be happy to assist by adding them on the backend!

For the record this would be a high priority for us as we scale this business. we have over 300 customers and one admin cannot manage adding our AI team to each portal site. Until we have a better way we wont auto-deploy to all 300 - We are going to be selective

@user40 I appreciate the context! As we consider approaches, some options for you would be:

  • Send us an email with the emails of your AI team so we can add them for you
  • Set up a call with me to discuss your use case in greater detail
  • Reach out to us via email about our Business Plan, which supports additional seats on accounts and also custom feature requests!
