As some of you have already noticed, your builder looks a little different than it did yesterday! We’ve moved things around to create a simple and easy-to-use interface. No need to stress: every single feature is just the same as before. We’re working on updating our documentation with new pictures to match the current locations, but in the meantime, let’s quickly walk through it!
Auto Tab
Here, you’ll find the automatic AI builder, which enables you to create and edit agents by speaking to our in-builder bot.
Build Tab
The Build area is armed with all of the essential components necessary to create an agent. Instead of toggling between the prompt, KB and action tabs, you’ll now find them all in one place. If you complete your setup here, you’ll have a fully-functioning bot without needing to dive into more advanced settings!
- Tool Type: choose whether your agent will be a Chat, Form, or combo (Form+Chat)
- AI Model: select the model you want for your agent. We have dozens - more on that here!
- System prompt: the heart of any agent. Tell your model how you want it to behave and function! Learn more here.
- Knowledge Base: upload or share files or links that you want your bot to reference in conversations! More info here.
- Actions: give your bot agentic capabilities - everything from web searches to document generation to integrations with external software! Read about it here.
Settings
All features not present in the Build tab can now be found in the Settings tab. If you click on the 
icon in the upper right corner of your Build tab, you’ll see the following:
- Capabilities: adjust settings for file uploads and voice input/output
- Customize: update agent thumbnail picture and chat icon, add placeholder text, create ice breakers and introductions
- Token lengths: while each model we offer has its own default token settings, you can adjust them here to fit your needs!
- Advanced: casual users beware! Word bias, randomness, and model reminders are all powerful tools, but we would recommend leaving these alone unless you’re confident about your changes.
- Knowledge settings: provide your KB with context about your uploads edit your document search settings.
