Is it possible for a user to have more than one access group at once? For instance, I have a lot of people who have a free trial to one of my studios but now I’m creating a new paid access group that I’m automatically granting them access to when they purchase an external offer. So, likely that access would need to added to their current free trial but it doesn’t look like I’m able to toggle on more than one access group.

At this time, an end user cannot have more than one access group assigned at once, so access groups do not stack on a single account.
In the scenario you described, the user would generally need to be moved from the free trial access group to the new paid access group, rather than having both assigned at the same time.
To make sure I am understanding your setup correctly, could you also clarify how you are planning to grant the paid access automatically? Specifically, are you doing that through the API, or are you referring to the free trial auto-assign behavior?
