This creates a strong opportunity for Pickaxe builders. You can position Pickaxes as the exact ChatGPT experience, just without ads and actually better since it’s customizable, branded, and built for specific use cases.

Hopefully, this makes it easier for builders to sell with confidence, with fewer objections and much less friction in client conversations.

Gemini has had ads from the beginning if you count the ads on search pages next to the interface most people use to interact with Gemini.

And since most people use Grok on X which has ads, the only truly ad free AI is Claude or someone using a tool like Pickaxe.
