I’ve noticed that on my iPhone (12 mini, latest os version).
On Chrome - there is a bug with text input being displayed correctly.
As you can see from the video, key presses are made, but very often the characters don’t appear. Then occasionally they will render correctly before bugging out again. Also occurs during the dictation / text input.
Safari is fine.
