Clients don't get invitation to join membership

I sent invitation to join my workspace where we have created a chatbot prototype for our client. But none of 2 person got the invitation. I repeated the invitation today, but they didn’t get it anyway.

What might be wrong? Is there a technical issue or just some weird UX which is a bit hard to crack? Why it’s so complicated and frustrating? :frowning: It’s very sad to waste my time on such trivial things to solve :frowning:


I’ve tried to send invite for the third time today but it says “3 already invited”. None of them got an email. What the heck? I asked them to check SPAM folder. But… if Pickaxe emails end up in SPAM that’s a huge drawback and harm to your and our reputation.
