How to remove old pricing boxes created from the old Stripe account that are still present? I can’t delete them; I can only archive them. Since we clone from an old studio that is connected to an old Stripe account, this always happens.
Did you ever get an answer to how to do this rainmaker?
Hi @clevra, this issue was resolved last summer - are you having an issue that I can assist you with?
I did get an answer and it was to archive the boxes which isn’t ideal. @lindsay_support is there a new method I am unaware of that allows us to delete the pricing boxes and change the order of them?
Hi @lindsay_support, I don’t know if I’ve fixed it correctly. I went into the access for each Tier and removed the old plans and they are no longer displaying although still active. I have active users on the old plans still so I can’t delete them but don’t want anyone else using them. Is this the correct way to deal with this?
Hi @rainmaker and @clevra! Let me expand on my last comment. Last summer, we made a fix that changed the front end such that “archiving” products still removed them from the view. Stripe makes it impossible to delete them in their entirety if anyone has ever been subscribed to them, but this change made the front end experience effectively the same as a deletion.
We have now moved from our product system to the new access group system - and you should absolutely be able to change the order and/or remove them from view in your upgrade paths/pricing pages. @clevra, your approach is a great way to deal with this if you still have active users on those plans! If either of you want to hop on a quick call to go over your access group setup, you can always do so here ![]()
