Custom Domain and Firewall Rules?

I have some pickaxes that I am managing and providing to other entities and some are finding that the studio loads but the pickaxe itself is blank inside their corporate network. If they move to a different network, the page loads fine.

I am using a custom domain name, but I notice some calls are still going to Pickaxe/AWS. Ideally, I would hope that everything could be called under the custom domain, but that doesn’t appear to be the case.

What addresses need to be whitelisted in a firewall or web content filter for a studio and pickaxe to both work?

Hi @unifiedleadership ,

You would likely need to whitelist all domains and subdomains that appear in your browser’s Network tab while the Studio is open, since requests can vary depending on the setup and features in use.

As a starting point, please make sure the following domains are whitelisted:

  • pickaxe.co
  • studio.pickaxe.co
  • core-api.pickaxe.co
  • pickaxeproject--v2-document-document-main.modal.run
  • prod-pickaxe-assets.s3.amazonaws.com
  • utils.pickaxe.co
  • user-content.pickaxe.co
