Dashboard not loading

Hey, the whole day the dashboard hasn’t been loading at all. It says I’m logged in, but when I click ‘dashboard’ a pickaxe just spins and doesn’t load anything

I have a demo tomorrow, and I need to be able to access my account to demo my chatbot. A friend of mine told me he’s been able to access his Pickaxe dashboard (not linked to mine) so I know Pickaxe is working for other users. I’ve also tried deleting my history, and cache from my browser, as well as trying to log in using incognito mode, but nothings working?

Hi @bencaine, apologies for the delay in seeing this! We have not had any downtime recently (you can check out status here) and it looks like your account is operating fine on our backend - can you post a picture of what you’re seeing on your end so I can help troubleshoot?
