One of pickaxes has been deployed on one of my websites some time ago and it stopped working and display this after pickaxe updates. I have no idea why the deployment failed after your system updates and how to correct it and worse it is displaying some marketing message to my clients that “the tool was built by pickaxe”. This shouldn’t had happened and I’m not not sure how many of deployed pickaxes are affected so far. Please clarify the issue. Thanks

The screen you are seeing is from an old beta version of our platform that has been sunset. Embeds that are still using the beta embed code can behave unpredictably. To resolve this, please re-embed the Pickaxe using a new embed from the current version of the platform (pickaxe.co). That should fix the issue.
If the issue continues after re-embedding, please email us at info@pickaxe.co with the link to the Pickaxe and the name of the deployment so we can investigate it further.
