One of pickaxes has been deployed on one of my websites some time ago and it stopped working and display this after pickaxe updates. I have no idea why the deployment failed after your system updates and how to correct it and worse it is displaying some marketing message to my clients that “the tool was built by pickaxe”. This shouldn’t had happened and I’m not not sure how many of deployed pickaxes are affected so far. Please clarify the issue. Thanks
